Is it possible to become obsessed over a paper clip? We didn't think so, until we found this one. It's made by a Japanese company that specializes in clips of all kinds - pen clips, paper clips, potato chip bag clips, big clips, tiny clips. They call this one the "push clip" because of the small dome you press on to open its jaws (sorry, we could not think of a better way to describe it). Once opened, you can slide the clip over the edge of a stack of paper to hold them together.
But actually, it's much more than just a lowly paper clip, and the name doesn't do it justice - so we call it the "Super Clip". It's an excellent bookmark for journals, notebooks and books. It is small, easily handled and unobtrusive. Beyond that, you could use it to clip money or anything else flat that needs to be pinched together. You could also use it as a paper clip, but it's really too nice for that.
It's made of a super-smooth stainless steel; its grip is not too strong and not too weak and it will not mar or tear delicate papers like Tomoe River. Finally, it is very well made and you can use it over and over without wearing out its springy quality.
Call us crazy, but we are always looking for more ways to use these things!
Comes in packs of 10. Made in Japan.

I was a bit dubious about using these clips with the Tomoe River notebooks that I have, as the paper is so thin. Thankfully, they didn’t damage the paper at all. They do take a little getting used to as the clips are tight but easy to use once you’ve perfected it. They make very good discrete page markers. Will buy again!

I've had a few of these clips from a Hong Kong retailer for over a decade now. I love them so much I've kept careful track of them. I'm so glad to now have a stateside supplier. These clips are low-profile and don't get snagged on things, so they slip in and out of fabric and leather pockets and clip onto soft book/notebook covers nicely. I love these clips as page markers and for wrangling my most-used planner stickers.

These clips enable me to divide my Seven Seas Writer into several sections so It is most useful to me. I also use it to mark sections I want ot return to.

Bought a pack of these clips out of curiosity and liked them so much that I purchased 3 more. They come in so handy for so many things. They don't kink paper like regular paper clips do and really hold fast until you release them. They're sleek, unique and effective.

To be called superclips I found these to be just ok. They hold a decent number of pages, but they also stick out a bit more than I anticipated. Additionally, pulling them off the paper may leave black smudges. =(

I tried this on a whim after eyeing it for a while when I placed my last order. They are surprisingly awesome and thin. I use them in both my cafe notebook and my seven seas with little problem! I do recommend using the cover to “open” then just a tad before using on the paper. I can now easily mark a page or three as needed without needlessly bulking up my notebooks or worrying about loosing those sticky tabs!

Its difficult not to like using these little clips. The clip opening mechanism is pleasingly tactile, especially compared to a regular paper clip. Buy a pack, or two. You won't regret it.

I ordered these almost on a whim. I have had trouble marking things in my calendar and journal. They were not expensive, so I gave it a shot. Who knew they would be so awesome. They fit perfectly with negligible space taken. They literally are perfect, big enough to find, but so subtle that it does not take up room. I will order more as I can think of a thousand uses for this.

These little clips are very well designed. The click mechanism makes it very easy to fit and add sheets to a clipped stack. Highly recommended. Fun to use.
